Samaritan’s Purse is helping refugees along several European borders who are destitute without the aid. They are delivering food, shirts and socks to those who are on a desperate journey looking for safety.

One of those helped along the Croatia-Slovenia border said she and her husband had to throw everything they had overboard to save their lives.  She’s been wearing the same salty clothes for days while making her way across borders in search of a country where they can have a safe and normal life.

Hans Mannegren, Director of European Affairs, created a video explaining the full extent and need for prayer.

In total, Samaritan’s Purse has distributed around 900 pairs of socks and 300 T-shirts at the border. They also partnered with Hungarian Baptist Aid to distribute around 800 food parcels at the Croatia-Serbia border.
