Looking for the keys to success in life? A new book by a Christian entrepreneur has some suggestions.
In her new book, Chantell Mayes Cooley shares her life experiences and lessons learned as a student athlete, young woman in the work force and current day owner of two universities.
Chantell believes her purpose is to share her experiences with others and help them succeed as well. She is passionate about changing lives through higher education and is a tireless advocate for the continued education of adults. She speaks at various conferences and leads workshops on topics like balancing the roles of mother and CEO, developing young leaders and being a Christian in the corporate world.
But in her third book, coming out this month, Chantell reveals a story that she has never told before. In Winning the Game of Life, Chantell shares her experiences as a young woman playing high school basketball.
Cooley puts it this way: “I believe people of varying ages and life experiences can relate to the stories in this book. I think the lessons taught in sports can be applied to growing up, making and choosing friends and learning the ropes in the corporate field.”
Dr. Marilyn Hickey, an American Christian minister and televangelist said of the book. “I love Winning the Game of Life because it shows the importance of giving 100% and never giving up, no matter the circumstances.”
